1. Who is selling

I am Václav Fischer, Company ID 08009406, registered at Dukelská 331/7, 746 01 Opava, Czech Republic. I am not registered for VAT, so the prices on this site are final and no tax is added on top.

I am not entered in the Commercial Register; I trade under a Czech trade licence.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to purchases made through this site. The buyer may be a consumer or a business; where a clause applies to consumers only, it says so.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.

3. How an order is made

You pick the items on the page using the quantity control. The order button takes you to the Stripe payment page, where you enter your delivery and payment details.

The contract is concluded once the payment goes through. Stripe sends you an order confirmation by e-mail.

The offer on this site stands while the item is marked as in stock. I may decline an order if the item sold out in the meantime or if the price is obviously wrong — in that case you get a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices include all charges. They are shown in Czech koruna, or in euro on the English site where a euro price is set for the item. I am not registered for VAT.

Payment is by card up front through Stripe. You enter your card details with Stripe directly — I never see your card number.

Stripe e-mails you the receipt once the payment clears.

5. Delivery and dispatch time

I ship with Zásilkovna (Packeta). Delivery within the Czech Republic costs 89 CZK, to Slovakia 99 CZK. You choose the pickup point during checkout.

Items in stock are dispatched within 3 working days of the payment clearing. Pre-orders ship as soon as the batch arrives; the expected date is shown with the item.

Please check the parcel on delivery. Tell me about transport damage as soon as you can, so I can still raise it with the carrier.

6. Withdrawal within 14 days

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you or a person you name takes delivery. You do not have to give a reason.

Send me a clear statement at vaclavfischer.7@gmail.com within that period. You may use the prepared form, but you do not have to.

Then send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing. I refund the price plus the cheapest delivery option I offer within 14 days of your withdrawal, but not before the goods reach me or you show me that you have sent them.

You pay the cost of returning the goods to me.

You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature and properties. A frame that has been flown cannot be returned.

7. Defective goods

You have rights from defective performance for 24 months from delivery. The procedure is described in the Complaints Policy.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Česká obchodní inspekce (Czech Trade Inspection Authority). Submissions go to https://adr.coi.cz.

9. Effect

The terms apply in the wording published on this page at the moment you place the order. A later change does not affect contracts already concluded.
