1. Who processes the data

The data controller is me, Václav Fischer, Company ID 08009406, Dukelská 331/7, 746 01 Opava. Contact: vaclavfischer.7@gmail.com.

I have no data protection officer — this shop is far too small for one.

2. What data and why

I process only what I need to fulfil the order:

• name, e-mail, delivery address or pickup point — to send you the goods (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• order and payment records — to meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
• the content of e-mails we exchange — to handle a question or a claim (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

3. What I do not do

There are no user accounts on this site, I collect no visitor data for advertising, and I sell your data to nobody. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you will not find a consent banner either.

I never see or store your card number — you enter it with Stripe directly.

4. Who receives the data

I pass data only to those without whom the shop does not work:

• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payments
• Zásilkovna s.r.o. (Packeta) — delivery
• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting

5. How long I keep it

I keep order records for as long as accounting and tax rules require — 10 years for tax documents. I delete e-mail correspondence once it is no longer needed, at the latest after the complaint period ends.

6. Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• know what data I hold about you and get a copy of it
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have data erased where I no longer need it and no law requires me to keep it
• restrict processing or object to it
• receive the data in a machine-readable form and move it elsewhere
