Complaints Policy
What to do when something is wrong with the frame — and what a claim covers.
Effective from 7 September 2026
1. What you are entitled to
If you are a consumer, you can report a defect within 24 months of taking delivery. If the defect shows up during the first year, it is presumed to have been there on delivery.
A defect means the goods lack the properties they should have — delaminated carbon, badly machined holes, or a missing part in the package.
2. What a claim does not cover
An FPV frame is a consumable that flies into things. I am not liable for:
- damage from a fall, an impact or a crash
- normal wear — scuffed finish, worn edges, loosened screws
- damage caused by incorrect assembly, overtightened screws or modifying the frame
- defects in TPU prints caused by heat, UV light or chemicals
- goods where you caused the defect yourself after delivery
3. How to make a claim
Write to me at vaclavfischer.7@gmail.com. Include the order number, what is wrong, and above all a photo — with carbon a photo says more than a description.
We will agree whether the goods need to come back. If they do, send them to the address I give you; do not send anything cash on delivery, I cannot accept such a parcel.
4. Time limit
I will settle the claim and let you know within 30 days of the day you raise it, unless we agree on a longer period.
I reimburse the reasonable costs of making a justified claim.
5. How a claim is settled
For a removable defect I replace the goods or send the missing part. Where that is impossible or disproportionate, you can ask for a reasonable discount, or withdraw from the contract.
6. If we disagree
You can have a rejected claim reviewed by the Česká obchodní inspekce — https://adr.coi.cz.
